3. The Deploy code is displayed in the system information. To create a new Deploy Code,
select Generate Deploy Code.

NOTE: The deploy code expires after 14 days.

4. Write down or copy the Deploy Code.

Download Backup Files

Download backup files that are stored in the myCrestron Residential Monitoring Service. Backup
files are available for standard configuration and Golden Configuration backups.
To download a backup file, follow these steps:

1. Go to portal.my.crestron.com.
2. Select Devices and then select a processor.

3. Select Download Backup.
4. Expand the file list for the control processor and then select a configuration. The
File Category for configurations is Crestron | List or Crestron | Golden and the Tag Name
is Configuration.
