Tap the Provider tab to select, add, or delete the cable box TV provider.
l Change the TV Provider: Select the new TV provider for the cable box.
l Add a new TV Provider: Tap the + Add New button and then enter the Country and Zip
Code/Postal Code information for the customer's house. Select the cable provider from
the list that is displayed and then tap Add.
l Delete a TV Provider: Tap the delete icon and then Yes to confirm. The TV provider is
removed for the entire house. Tap No to keep the TV provider.
