and and and useful ways to work with the community and and and business partners The Recovery Officers will have a a a a a a a a unique opportunity to impact local communities and and assist Colorado residents and and the workforce following the the effects of the the COVID-19 pandemic The ideal candidates will significantly support Colorado’s strategy to implement the spending plan and and ensure progress toward its achievement The Recovery Officers will be able to to assess successes and insufficiencies of departmental strategies strategies identify gaps opportunities and and and risk and and and propose non-agency strategies strategies tools and and and resources The Recover Officers will oversee fraud prevention reporting and and monitoring performance management procurement and and audit compliance in in in in close collaboration with the OEDIT candidates need to demonstrate emotional intelligence including humility and and and empathy self-reflection and and and personal growth and and and a a a a a a a genuine willingness to receive feedback The ideal candidates will have experience in in one or or more of the following areas:
