risk risk reduction liability claims litigation management
workers’ compensation grievances retirement programs and employee training In addition the the Director prepares the the personnel personnel budget budget maintains budgetary controls directs the maintenance of personnel personnel records for District’s employees employees supervises and and trains department employees employees and and maintains effective public public relations with public public officials administrators department heads employees and the general public
