Resumes will be screened in relation to the criteria outlined in this brochure. Candidates deemed to possess the most relevant qualifications will be invited to participate in an interview with the consultant. Subsequently, the most qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a selection process with the Orange County Fire Authority. An appointment is expected following the completion of fingerprinting, in-depth reference, background, DMV checks to be coordinated with the successful candidate. All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment medical exam including a drug screen through the OCFA’s designated physician.
