The salary range for this role is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications. Salary is complemented by an attractive benefit package that includes:

■ SELECTION PROCESS
Résumés and cover letters will be screened in relation to the criteria
outlined in this brochure. Candidates deemed to have the most relevant qualifications will be invited to interview with the recruiter, following which, the most qualified candidates will be referred for initial interviews with TJPA (anticipated in late September to early October 2021). Finalist candidates will then be invited to interview with the full TJPA Board in October 2021. An appointment to the position is expected to be made by the TJPA Board following comprehensive reference and background checks to be coordinated with the successful candidate.
