Jarell and Jerome are two of a kind. Neither pays his
teacher any mind. They say that school's a grind, and that
homework is so unkind. Consequently, they are both far
behind.
Someday, however, they won't be so blind. They shall
undoubtedly find that the world's unkind to the ignorant
mind.

All wars create a great deal of hype,
Especially for boys not fully ripe.
They are the boys forbidden to gripe.
They are the boys guerrillas will snipe.
Will mothers ever have fewer tears to wipe?
