Story 33
On the Quay
Down by the bay at the break of day,
Go Jay 'n' Kay, so happy and gay.
To watch the golden ray color the dawn's gray,
Exposing ships coming home and going away.
Soon sailboats are on display.
Merrily they bob and they sway.
Next swallows leave their cliffs of clay,
Singing on their airy way, so as if to say :
That life is but an endless day,
How cheerfully we ought to play,
How thankfully we ought to pray,
