                                                                                                       Story 184

                                                Mr. and Mrs. Finks

To cel•e•brate their marriage, he bought his new bride a

stole made of minks, and a coat of lynx.

Then after dinner and drinks, he said, "My dear Mrs.

Finks, methinks 'tis time for forty winks !"

                                                                                                       Story 185

                                                   Don‛t Cry

As each day goes by and by, we should try not to cry even when our best plans go
        awry.

When the rain falls from the sky, it shouldn't bring tears to our eye. Nay, let a

smile be our reply. Without rain, flowers would not grow so high, ducks would not

be so spry, and little pigs would have no mud in their sty.

Remember that somewhere in the darkest sky God is forever nigh, loving us even

        though we often wonder why.
