        Story 265

                                     The Rescue of Billy Goat







        Once while grazing on wild oat, Billy goat, wearing his real 100% kid coat, tripped

        and fell into a castle      moat.    So much water swashed down his throat that he could

        barely stay      afloat. But lucky for the goat, the watchful Queen was taking note

        and rescued Billy in her motorboat.




        Story 266

                                                        An Oath


        They both took an oath. He promised never to act as a lazy                      sloth; she promised
        never to make him wroth.  This was their troth, for they both wanted a boun•ti•ful

        marriage growth.







        Story 267

                                               A Party near the Cove


        The hostess put on her mauve sweater, then drove to the market near the ocean

        cove, where she bought a ham and a garlic clove. Then she went to a certain grove

        having oranges that a•bun•dant•ly throve.




        That evening guests came in a drove. They tasted the ham prepared in her stove

        and exclaimed, "By        Jove, how tasty garnished with oranges and                clove ! And how
        sin•gu•lar•ly perfect are these slices your cleaver clove !"
