It is really inspiring to be part of a community which works hard towards achieving those 2

goals exactly. The Milnerton Shul brings so many people together on a regular basis. Whether it
is for the regular daily Minyanim, the Shabbat services, the festivals or for the various events
it organizes. In this regard it also endeavors to reach out to those in need and help wherever
possible. The Shul is a place and source for the Community to connect to each other, both in
times of happiness and in, G-d forbid, times of challenge as well.
Certainly the Shul strives to achieve the second objective as well. It strives to connect each of
us closer to G-d in various ways. The Shul is a holy organization which works on the principles of
G-d’s holy Torah as passed down to us by the Sages of all the generations back to Mount Sinai. It
is a place of prayer for all occasions and that is the main function of a Shul. It is also a place of
Torah study. We have Shiurim after Shacharit every morning, between Mincha and Maariv every
afternoon, and also a selection of Shiurim every Shabbat.
These are some of the ways that Milnerton Shul brings Jewish people together and enhances
their connections with Hashem.
Gina and I feel very privileged to be part of this special community and to have a hand in
the very holy tasks it strives to achieve. We look forward to all the opportunities Hashem
will present to us in this coming Jewish year of 5779 to journey with the Milnerton Shul in its
spiritual growth and developments, and in achieving all of its lofty and important goals.
May Hashem bless the entire Community with abundant blessings and success, both materially
and spiritually, for each and every individual and for the Community as a whole. May Hashem
bless the Milnerton Shul to continue in its holy and wonderful work of building Torah and
bringing honor and joy to Our Father in Heaven!
May we all be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet new year!!
