(UCMAS Point System)
We used the Point System handout as a guide line and followed the recom-
mendations given. After that, the prizes were bought to be placed in boxes
in each classroom. We held a staff meeting to explain the new Point System
and what is required from the students to get the matching reward.
Being punctual and wearing the uniform are the first things we look at. Fol-
lowed by academic achievements, such as homework, listening exercises,
classwork etc.
The key for this Point System to work at our centre is daily motivation from
the teachers to the students. The teachers remind the students about the
Point System, and this truly motivates the students to do better.
