Meeting Student Needs
The library responds to student needs by:

Taking advantage of Chatham's Verbit
subscription for professional closed
captioning on YouTube videos
Removing late fines to help eliminate
barriers and undue stress to students
Creating a kid-friendly room in our
Curriculum Collection space full of toys,
children's furniture, craft supplies, and
books for all adolescent reading levels
Launching our Mail to Home service for

distance students, mailing physical items to

them instead of keeping the library as the

only pick-up option

Creating and publishing on-demand how-
