Washington Panhellenic Association

Chesapeake Alumnae Association is the local organization that
represents Alpha Xi Delta in the Washington, D.C. Panhellenic
Conference. We have been affiliated with the D.C. group for over 10

years. As members of that organization, we support its fundraisers and
contribute to its philanthropic activities.

Washington Panhellenic’s Scholarship Fund allows the group to award
scholarships to local women each year. There will be a collection in
November and other fundraisers to support this project. Last year, we
donated the most money ($640) and had the largest number of sisters
(19) donating to the scholarship fund.

Nancy Carman serves as our representative to the Washington
Panhellenic and we are happy to have her to help us keep Alpha Xi
Delta active in the Washington Area Panhellenic group. She welcomes
any sister to join her at the meetings that are held at 7:00 pm the first
Wednesday of each month, Sept. – May, at the Davis Library on

Democracy Blvd. in Bethesda.
