ACTION NEEDED - OJ Equipment Rollout

CSCS is managing the final stages of the OJ equipment rollout. Please be aware of the following key
dates:

 August 31: Deadline for equipment purchase order – Restaurants must resolve exception
status and confirm installation readiness with their FBC

 September 30: Installation complete

IHOP Strat Ops and the FBC(s) are available for assistance in resolving any outstanding spacing,
electrical or water requirements that are inhibiting installation. CSCS will place purchase orders for
equipment upon confirmation.
