Procurement Effective this week we are out of trigger pricing on broccoli and leaf
items. Celery is going to stay at trigger pricing for one more week.
Weekly Produce Update Quality should be back to normal, and with proper handling, the full
Procurement shelf life should be attainable on all produce products.
Monthly Price Index Some growers are expecting supplies to be tight again in mid-June
Procurement due to the rains that kept harvest crews out of the fields and also
delayed plantings. Due to these factors, they are expecting a gap. We
