               3.30 Uniform


               Where applicable for the role, uniform is provided to you at no cost. Safety
               shoes are also provided in some areas.

               3.31 Vacancies within the Jurys Inn group


               All  vacancies  are  advertised  weekly  on  the  internal  notice  board.  There  are
               opportunities throughout the business and if you are interested in a transfer
               or promotion you should talk to your Line Manager about the best way we can
               help  you  gain  the  skills  and  experience  that  apply  to  that  role  and  to
               prepare you for the interview process.

               3.32 Wedding Leave
                                                  Congratulations if you have occasion to receive
                                                  this additional entitlement! If you have three
                                                  years’  service  with  the  business  at  the  time
                                                  that  you  get  married,  you  will  be  entitled  to
                                                  an additional five days paid leave which is to
                                                  be taken within two weeks following or one week
                                                  prior to your wedding date.

               3.33 Welfare Support


               We  recognise  there  may  be  times  where  you  physically  and  mentally  need
               support.    Alcohol,  drug  abuse,  emotional,  marital,  family  or  other  related
               problems  affect  performance,  health  and  your  quality  of  life.    Help  is
               available for such problems and can be found via UNUM lifeworks.
