                                Personal welcome to you from Jurys Inn Managing Director,


                                                      Jason Carruthers

                                            I am Jason Carruthers; the Managing Director and I want to
                                            personally welcome you and provide you with a little more
                                            information about the Company that you have chosen to work for.

                                            We have 37 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Prague with over
                                            7,500 rooms and approximately 3000 employees. This creates great
                                            opportunities for those who want to pursue a career in hospitality.

                                            We are a fast-paced business, in 2017 we invested hugely into the
                                            hotels to refurbish and update the rooms as well as the reception
                                            and bar areas. In our Brighton, Manchester and Liverpool hotels we
                                            have launched a new food and beverage concept called Odd socks –
                                            something a little out of the ordinary to attract more customers and
                                           encourage guests who stay in our hotels to eat in!

               Performance is delivered not just by having great rooms and great locations but through our people –
               creating exceptional customer experiences – great employees are at the heart of that and we are very
               pleased that you have chosen Jurys Inn as your employer. We really want to work with you, to nurture
               your talent and your aspirations to develop in this great company.

               As a business we continue to seek out new opportunities to expand the estate whether that is new
               openings or acquisitions and we need great people to help us to continue that journey.

               The hotels are supported by great central teams at our Head office in Dublin, Ireland, a shared services
               centre in Birmingham which also houses the Customer Contact centre and a support office for Sales and
               Revenue in Watford.

               In 2017 we launched our Stay Happy campaign to engage with customers about why they should stay at
               Jurys Inn and what they can expect. We trained our employees to be empowered to help customers so
               that they can Stay Happy on all occasions in our hotels. You will hear more about this during your
               Induction.

               This  Employee  Handbook  is  designed  to  provide  you  with  everything  you  need  to  know  to  get  you
               started on your career with Jurys Inn and will be a good point of reference to help you make the most of
               your continuing career with us in the future.
