His face became pale and had got bruised on his feet. He was badly
exhausted. He was hoping for warm welcome by his family members. But
when the news of his arrival form Mumbai to village spread. His family
members were forced to report to COVID helpline number.
A team of doctors and health workers came to examine him. However, he
had no symptom of corona infection but was sent to quarantine center for 14
daysIn the quarantine center he saw many people like him. There were
women and children as well. Raja was experiencing mental torment.
Negligence of his family members and his beloved ones made him dipressed.
He thought, “Is this the family for whom he had to go away and worked day
and night.”
There was a time he was warmly welcomed in the FAMILY on his arrival.
Now is it the same family? He started redefining his role and importance
in his family. The news on increase in domestic violence cases,
psychological imbalance, suicides, people losing their jobs, lack of supply
of basic needs, people getting stuck at the work locations, travel ban,
closure of schools, and loss of lives due to pandemic made him blame on
failure of entire system.
Raja Ram was a brave man. He realized that negative thoughts and news
are leading him to stress and consuming his health. He need to keep calm
and have faith in Almighty. As an awakened citizen he also need to have
faith in the system and try to help and support government in possible
way.
