I refer to the letter of appreciation received dated the 10 January 2018.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you conveying my thanks and extreme gratitude to CAF and FIFA for allowing
me the privilege of presenting and speaking on the panel at the Seminar that took place in Cairo Egypt on the 20th
December 2017.

The execution and delivery of my travel itinerary was of exceptional standards and my experience, the
professionalism and kind hospitality given to me was one not to be forgotten. I will return the same standards and
service delivery to you and the FIFA delegation that will be visiting the Orlando and Rand stadiums for the FIFA
Professional Football Case Studies on the 22nd and 23rd of January 2018. I understand that this visit is to promote
professional football stakeholders around the world. It is with great satisfaction that you have selected and
highlighted our stadiums and training facilities and included them as part of your case study program.
Stadium Management SA (SMSA) is the founder of the International Sporting, Event and Entertainment Association
(INSEATM). INSEATM is a registered non-profit organisation which was founded in November 2017 by Stadium
Management SA (SMSA) and Legal I HELP Stadium Management SA (SMSA) is South Africa’s leading stadium

management group managing four multi-million-rand venues in Johannesburg: the iconic FNB Stadium, historic
Orlando Stadium, Dobsonville Stadium and the Rand Stadium. These government-owned venues are privately
and independently administered by SMSA on a full financial risk basis. SMSA were appointed by the City of
Johannesburg in 2009.

In contrast to other management fee based/municipal council-based stadium management operations, SMSA is
responsible for all the costs in managing the stadium. SMSA is self funded and does not receive any management
fee, subsidy or grant.

SMSA are experienced industry experts and have excelled and received 15 awards locally and internationally, such
as Winner 2017 International Arch of Europe (‘AE) Award; Winner 2017 Europe Business Assembly Enterprise of the
Year Award and Winner 2017 Europe Business Assembly Europe Trading License Award, to mention but a few.
