What are the general education
courses like?
If you happen to need general education credit, these
courses are designed just like the nursing courses: they are
eight weeks long with some discussion forum posts and
assignments due. However, we also offer test-out options for
some of the general education requirements. (These are
inexpensive test rooms where students have up to six
months to study material and test out of the course.)
Additionally, we partner with a company called Sophia,
where you can take your courses at a discounted rate and
watch videos to learn the content. The courses are designed
with checkpoint quizzes and tests to show your knowledge
instead of having to write papers.
