MISSION
GSeven’s mission is to train and assist
in the development of effective leaders and agile teams. Agile, innovative, and effective teams are essential for success in today’s business environment. The principles supporting the firm’s philosophy are detailed in the founder’s academic paper, “Breaking Out! Leading High Performing Teams”.
GSeven offers management-based solutions to create an environment conducive to adaptive and innovative work behaviors.
Our founder, Greg Piccininno, has held senior roles in Equity Sales and Capital Markets in both the United States and Brazil. He has managed global teams on several continents where he hired, trained, and managed award winning and industry leading teams. Greg has served on several business unit operating committees and his most recent corporate position was Global Head of Latin Equity Sales. Among his many career accomplishments, he is the first US citizen elected to the Board
of Directors at a Brazilian state-owned enterprise.
Greg holds an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from New York University, an M.B.A. from London Business School, and a B.S. from Northeastern University. He has held senior positions at Citi, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch.
