TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT8 BRADLEY STREET

1. Location! I will miss driving by Compo Beach every day and being able

to walk less than 3 minutes to be on the beach, at the playground, or taking a

walk by the water!

2. The roof deck is a true escape year round. It’s so relaxing the minute you step foot up

there and the sunsets are amazing!

3. We love our spacious front yard and love that we see neighbors all the time when we

are out there playing.

4. I will miss the quiet back patio area that is so private and is beautiful day or night.

5. This house has amazing closets and storage spaces that I enhanced with the help of

Royal Closet – I will miss that!

6. The outdoor wood burning fireplace will be missed by the whole family!

Having dinners, roasting marshmallows and watching sports or a movie has been

such a wonderful yet simple luxury.

7. The entire family has loved entertaining on the back patio and roof deck. The

kids love watching for fireflies in the summer and enjoy cool fall evenings on the

heated roof deck with a fire and hot cocoa.

8. 4th of July and Halloween here are like nothing I have ever seen before. I have

never been a huge fan of either holiday but living here makes them the most

amazing holidays to decorate, entertain, and enjoy all the fun!

9. The large 36” subzero refrigerator and freezer speak for themselves!

10. All of the neighbors and people around the beach area are happy to be here and

friendly. It is like being on a beach vacation all year long.
