AN INTERVIEW WITH THE HOMEOWNER

We have many goals and while growing with Godfrey was one of them, its too much house
for us at this time. My work in sustainability, as an author and as a musician these are my
paramount goals. They are long-term efforts that take time and focus. While Godfrey is
perfect for that, we want the flexibility to find the right home, with the right size and within
the right community for this work and who knows where that will be. If is remains Weston,
we'll be perfectly happy for that and maybe we'll get an invite back to the fire pit!

Our neighbors are great and have joined us during bonfires and parties. That said, Weston is
spread out and if privacy is your thing-this property is accommodating.

Stand on the deck and watch the gazebo through the split ash trees. The large oak hanging
above the fire pit is pretty central to the property and watching it come to life every spring it
a true joy. Godfrey, abutting Devil's Den, offers limitless natural exploration or Shinrin-Yoku,
the Japanese word for 'forest bathing'. I love the different levels of the yard and we've
experimented with letting things grow wild or keeping them trimmed and tight. The yard has
been outfitted with an extensive spread of solar and LED lighting so you can enjoy the
property in many ways for any occasion.

For me it's a testament to what I was able to accomplish here. I was reacquainted with
nature and discovered my life's mission. For some, that might be intimidating but I assure you
it's a wonderful thing. Here's another litmus test-no child has ever left Godfrey disappointed.
The house entertains them and its been a delight to host so many of our friend's children,
nieces and nephews during celebrations. I always tell people I've been a steward of this
place and for the stewardship, I've received immeasurable gifts. Now its your turn.
Congratulations
