TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 25 ABBEY ROAD
1. We have always felt confident and secure about our home's construction because it
was built by a commercial architect who spared no expense, which can be seen in
its construction everywhere you look.
2. We have loved our peaceful and private cul de sac neighborhood with waterfront
pond views.
3. The upper Easton location puts us just minutes to shopping, restaurants, nail
salons, gyms and medical providers in Monroe. Being centrally located, we have
easy access to 25, 95, 84 and 15.
4. Unlike most homes in Easton, we enjoy public water and underground utilities!
5. We have spent years creating the perfect setting for seasonal gardening and birding
in our backyard. It’s really amazing to watch the wide variety of birds that visit our
property throughout the year. Our perennial plantings bring so much seasonal color
to our yard and create a beautiful backdrop for outdoor entertaining.
6. The large bluestone patio has been the stage for great family gatherings. When we
entertained large groups it was such a pleasure to open the doors and extend the
entertaining out onto the patios.
7. Living on a quiet cul de sac street was wonderful for our children. The streets
were safe for bike riding and taking evening strolls. We have enjoyed the small
neighborhood setting where we got to know our neighbors really well. There’s
always been a real sense of safety in our neighborhood.
8. Our upper level is designed with two wings. The master wing offers us quiet privacy
and the other wing allows the children or guests their own bedroom areas.
9. We will always have fond memories of opening our front door to the grand foyer
and admiring the beautiful inlaid hardwood floors and intricate architectural details
of the front staircase.
10. Two of our favorite rooms are the great room and our master suite. The floor-to-
ceiling fireplace and three story wall of windows of the great room have been the
setting for so many fond family memories. Our private master suite with a spa-like
bath has been a treasured retreat.
