9 Soror(s) who wish to reactivate as a chapter member, MUST complete a Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form and
return it to the chapter member Soror who is reclaiming you.
9 Only use this form if you have been Inactive one year or more.
9 Your Reactivation Fees will entitle you to receive a Financial Card, Ivy Leaf Magazine, and upcoming AKA
announcements.
9 COIP fee refers to the Corporate Office Improvement Program fee assessed to ALL Sorors EXCEPT for Golden Sorors
initiated prior to July 31, 1943.
9 The one-time COIP Assessment payment was included with the Membership Intake Process for members that were
initiated after July 1992.
9 Sorors who were NOT active prior to 2004 DO NOT need to submit a Transfer Verification Form.
9 Sorors who were active with a chapter from 2004 – present MUST submit a Transfer Verification Form along with this
form and their General Member Reactivation Fees.
9 Undergraduates who attend a College/University where an AKA chapter exists CANNOT reactivate as General
Members.
