I would first like to take a moment and congratulate Forrest on his term as State Master Councilor. I would also like to
congratulate my brothers for being elected to their new State Line positions. This year has been a great experience I
will never forget, and I hope it has brought you all some great memories as well. I have enjoyed working the State Line
Officers and our State Sweetheart this year, and I am looking forward to working with the new team and with all of the
Chapters across the state. With our new team and with all of your help, I know that we will have a very successful and
fun-filled year!

While I am leaving the office of Deputy State Master Councilor, I am very excited to finally reach the office I have been
looking forward to since joining DeMolay…becoming State Master Councilor!!! This position to me is not about the title
or the power it may bring. To me, this position is about serving and helping you young men make yourselves and, our
Chapters, and Colorado DeMolay better for years to come! I have great relationships with you all, and I plan
on building those to be even stronger! I am very honored to have served Colorado DeMolay in every position I have
held, but I can’t express how much I have looked forward to serving as your State Master Councilor.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support, it means so much to me. I will work hard to see that we have a
great year that is filled with enthusiasm and excitement! We will have work to do, but together, we will have many new
and different events to reward all of our efforts.

I look forward to this year being one that will build bonds, build membership, build brotherhood, build unity, and build
DeMolay!!!
