HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL

All staff must have a copy

All members of the Cowch team will be given a copy of this manual as
part of their induction pack.

Refer to it regularly

Use this manual as a resource to excel at your job. Your managers
may highlight particular sections of the manual each week in team
briefings or on shift plans. They may devise staff incentives around
certain procedures or email you with reminders about particular areas
of service that feature in this manual. This manual should be referred
to regularly by staff and managers.

Use it for ongoing training & development

This manual is a training tool designed to help you engage with
Cowch’s brand and vision. It is given to you, to help you succeed
in your job and minimise the challenges you may face. Familiarise
yourself with the contents and you will be surprised at how much
easier your job becomes. New staff will settle in more quickly, helping
the team to progress at a much faster rate.

This manual should be used by managers and supervisors for daily on-

the-job training with all new team members as they join the team.

Although this manual is indeed thorough and comprehensive, there
may be operating procedures that exist outside of these
pages. Ask questions!
