A 12-week, randomized, double-masked, multicentre study of the
fixed combination of latanoprost and timolol in the evening versus
the individual components.

Methodology:
• 12 weeks, randomized, double-masked, multicenter study.
• n=502 patients
• 3 timepoints (8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm) at weeks 2, 6 and 12.

Key messages:
• FC provides a once-daily alternative to the 3 instillations needed with
the individual components which may interfere with patient compliance
• There is no significant difference between FC and unFC in IOP-lowering
reduction
• FC demonstrated a better tolerability profile
