Final draft of stage layout:
Based on feedback, we took out the stage, and decided to
use the floor space of the theatre as our stage instead, to
increase intimacy with the audience and to also blur the
boundaries between audience and stage.
The structures were also carefully designed and
positioned specifically to not block the audience’s view
in a traverse seating arrangement. The door frame will
be placed in such a way that the audience feels like they
are part of the house, rather than outside it.
There is also more floor space for actors to dance
around.
