サートは、2つの重要な改善を可能にする革新的な楕円形の穴を備えている。両方のツール側からアクセスして動
作させることができる、特殊なネジである。ネジが完全に挿入インデックス作成のために除去されなければならな
い。アップグレードされたラインでは、インサートは完全にネジを除去する必要なしにインデックスを付けることがで
きるのだ。ということで、落下部品の心配がなく、インデックス作成は簡単かつ迅速である。さらに、新たな技術は効
果的なプレスされたチップ形成剤にグルービングインサートを加えるということだ。
Iscar’s Solution for Production are in The Groove
Mindful of the precision requirements of Swiss-Type machines and small lathe applications,
Iscar continues to increase its offering in this fast growing market segment by introducing new
SwissCut Innoval inserts. The new inserts feature an innovative oval-shaped hole that enables
important improvements including a special screw that can be accessed and operated from
both tool sides. The screw has to be fully removed for insert indexing; however, in the upgraded
line, the insert can be indexed without the need to fully remove the screw reducing the risk of
falling parts and making indexing easier and faster. There are also new grooving inserts with
more effective pressed chip-formers.

各軸には測定作業のマルチプロファイル・マルチワークに関するスループットを向上させるために、高速位置決めを
可能にし200mm /秒で最大駆動速度を有すというう。傾斜面の測定は、X方向及びY方向の2軸の同時制御によっ
て可能である。検出器ユニットは、その本体がワークや治具と衝突した場合、自動的に検出ユニット駆動を停止させ
る衝突防止安全装置を組み込んでいる。
Highly Accurate Surface Roughness Testers
Introducing the new high-accuracy surface roughness tester from Mitutoyo, the SV-3000CNC
series 178. Distributed by JSR GROUP, each axis has a maximum drive speed of 200 mm/s
permitting high-speed positioning for increased throughput of multiple-profile/multiple-workpiece
measurement tasks. Measurement of inclined surfaces is made possible through simultaneous
control over directions of both the X and Y axis. The detector unit incorporates an anti-collision
safety device that stops the detector unit drive automatically if its main body collides with a
workpiece or jig. An easy-to-operate remote box allows the user to make any movement by
joystick control.

売します。金属（アルミニウムやスチール等）、木材や他にいろいろなスクラップを押し固めることができます。RUFは
企業がスクラップからブリケットを作ることで燃焼材料を作ったり、再生原料を作るためのブリケットを作成するこ
とができます。また、ブリケットは、小さい固体となりスペースが小さくなり取扱いが容易になります。機械の稼働は
より少ないエネルギーで可能です。
From Waste Materials to Raw Materials
In order to support the concept of being environmentally friendly in the manufacturing industry,
Krasstec presents the RUF machine which is a briquetting machine directly imported from
Germany. They can press metals (such as aluminum and steel), wood and numerous other
residual materials. RUF allow companies to create valuable products for the generation of heat
and secondary raw materials by making briquettes from production residues. The briquettes
come in compact sizes which take up less space and are easy to set up. Only a small amount
of energy is required to operate the system.
