Based upon the findings during discussions with various
mining companies in WA, the specific interest shown in
Tacmin Madini revolves around the companies established
track record in Africa and experience gained in the space of
Lean mining and performance improvement which features a
clear set of objectives for the delivery process, aimed at
maximising performance for the customer at the project level,
concurrent design, mining, and the application of project
controls throughout the life-cycle of the project from design to
delivery. This concept has been practised by Tacmin Madini
for the past twenty-one years to solve complex mining
challenges on numerous mines across Africa.
