What we do

Tacmin is a mining project management and operational
improvement company specializing in engineering,
construction and optimisation of open-pit mines. Through

twenty years of operation, we have gained a wealth of
knowledge and experience, supporting a wide range of
projects spanning across the entire mine lifecycle, from
design and construction to upstream mining and production.

Tacmin provides a rapid return on investment (ROI) by
ensuring that our customers are the first and best informed
in their field. We deliver the data, support and know-how
customers need to formulate intelligent strategies for

proactive decision-making purposes.

Tacmin experts have built a wealth of experience in all
aspects of open-pit mining, and are therefore well equipped
to assist management and HoD’s with the operational

improvement of all mining aspects, including but not limited
to equipment, production, engineering, planning, geology,
contracting, agreements, claims as well as engineering
studies.
