HARLEM NIGHTS

On December 7, 2019, the Deltas gathered for an EPIC night of
fellowship, dancing and a beautiful ambiance. The event was
held at the Alcazar Shrine Temple. Sorors and their guests
were dressed in Renaissance attire with sequin flapper dress-
es, pearls, furs and feathers. Not only did the women dress the
part, the men also followed the theme. The decorations were
pearls, red and black feathers in varied size vases with red ta-
blecloths. However, Sorors outdid themselves in adding addi-
tional décor to their tables for the event. The music provided
by DJ Boosie proved that there is no party like a Delta Party. DJ
Boosie had Sorors and their guests dancing all night long and
even had some dancing out of their shoes! If you missed this
EPIC affair, please do not fret. So you won’t have to live
through the Facebook pictures, we will be at the same place,
same time next year! I would like to especially thank Sorors
for your patience during this process. This event could not
have been successful without the commitment from the
fundraising committee and the hostess committee.
