After five years, finding success in competition and believing the members have established strong culture roots, NOSC will
begin setting sights on improving soccer here in
Minnesota and in the Midwest.
Through a series of partnerships and satellite programs,
NOSC Blast will share its development model and culture development process as we work together to increase the level of play.
Twin Cities MN: Phase I
- Develop primary program of 5-15 teams over a 5-year period. - Work to place at least 25% of teams in premier league play.
- Establish culture around DREAM Development Philosophy.
- Compete successfully outside the Midwest.
* GOAL: Establish a quality program and culture of commitment that delivers a possessional style of play that can compete regionally.
Twin Cities MN: Phase II
- Develop Minnesota satellite program(s) with 5 - 15 teams over 2-year period. - Work to place at least 25% of teams in premier league play.
- Establish culture around DREAM Development Philosophy.
- Compete successfully outside the Midwest.
* GOAL: Work with people of similar philosophies willing to develop culture of commitment to focus on technical development to deliver regional success.
Midwest: Phase III
- Develop non-Minnesota satellite program(s) between 5-15 teams over 2-year period.
- Work to place at least 20% of teams in premier league or national level play.
- Establish culture around DREAM Development Philosophy.
- Compete successfully outside the Midwest.
* GOAL: Thread the successful Blast programs so players and coaches from all satellites can coordinate training and playing styles to compete nationally.
NOSC will provide administrative, coaching and operational support to help program onboard training and competitive systems.
