                                                                         PLANNING:
Outside of luck, planning is the key component to devising a successful strategy. Not “a” key element, but “the” key element. All the vision, creativity and energy in the world does not replace well conceived planning.
Three keys to planning:
1. Create.
Take what you know and where you want to go. A plan will tell you how to get there.
2. Communicate.
You must tell people where they are going and how you will get them there.
3. Assess and Modify.
The original plan is rarely the only one. Assess and modify to keep moving forward.
Some of the primary planning and communicating elements we put together include:
 • Technical and Tactical Training Plans
• Coaching and Player Development Plans
• Travel Plans and Itineraries
• Strength and Rehab Plans
• Financial & Payment Plans
Without a plan and an ability to communicate it, goals will be hard to achieve. At the very least, even if you do achieve them, you will not know for certain how to do it again.
“Order marches with
weighty and measured strides. Disorder is always in a hurry.”
- Napoleon Bonaparte
