Concierge Team
Unlike any other retirement village, The Concierge Team is led by our Resident Experience Manager, always there with a smile
Waterbrook has a suite of staff to assist with just about anything. Services include business centre assistance, sorting mail,
committed to assisting Residents all delivery of newspapers, coordinating Residents’ daily activities and social program. They greet
day and all night. family, guests and act as a coordinator for any Resort department. The Team are dedicated to
Resident’s personal wellbeing and will know when to laugh or hug - not because it’s in their job
description, because that’s just the type of people they are.
