School pictures by LifeTouch are coming Friday, November 2, 2018. The
Adventures in Learning and ABC Explorers AM classes will begin at 8:30am.
The ABC Explorers PM class pictures will start at 11:45am.

“Parent Praise” will commence this month. Blank stationery will be sent home
for you to write praise about your child. The notes will be displayed on the
“Parent Praise” board. Ms. Seye will pick a note each day and read it out loud
to the students.

We will also be introducing “The Book Buddy Bag” in the month of October.
Please have your child choose a favorite book from home, read it to them
and send it to school in the special “Book Buddy Bag”. Your child will help the
teacher share the story with the class and answer questions. Please help
your child become familiar with the book by asking them questions. The book
will be returned by the end of the week.

This year the Fall Festival will be held during school hours on Tuesday,
October 30, 2018 for the Adventures in Learning class and Wednesday,
October 31, 2018, for the ABC Explorers AM/PM classes. The students may
wear their Halloween costume to school on festival days (optional). During
our Fall Festival the students will play games and create a special “Fall” snack
with Ms. Seye.

Reminders

 November, 2018 tuition is due on Monday, October 15.
Your November, 2018, tuition is due on or before Monday, October 15. A
$15 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by the 15th. The
office is open 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, 9am to 12pm on Saturday and
closed on Sunday. You may also pay over the phone with a credit card
during office hours.

 Sign your child in and out of class using your child’s first and last
name and your first initial and last name.
Children will not be released to anyone not listed on your child’s “blue
card”. Parents must provide written or verbal notice to the teacher when
authorizing someone on their child’s “blue card” to pick up their child. The
teacher will ask for picture ID from any individual who is not recognized
as the regular pickup person.

 Please take your child to the restroom before class.
For the safety of the children, we are unable to open the potty door until
all the children have arrived and we have taken attendance. The office
will open at 7:50am for your child to use the restroom, if needed.

 Please REFRAIN from bringing in toys from home.
Show & Tell is only on Wednesdays for ABC Explorers students and
Thursdays for Adventures in Learning students.
