Customer Services’ Mission to Become A Tall Tree

Customer Service has adopted “become the
tallest tree in the forest” as their motto and
credo this quarter.
The program involves a commitment on
behalf of the customer service team to 4
steps that they are focused on
accomplishing. One is these is centered
on “self-evolution”—a goal of personally
evolving with the ongoing evolution of P&H.
