APPLICATIONS Temperature of use :
The anchor load cell model VW6 serves to check the applied loads Min -20°C
to the cables of prestressing cables and prestressed ties. Max +60°C

it is used for: Sinusoidal listened signal:
The control of cables equipping prestressed works (bridges, extra 10 to 30 mV efficacity
height of dams, nuclear power plants …).
The control of prestressed ties (temporary or definitive) of walls.
DESCRIPTION
Sinusoidal sustained signal :

150 to 170 mV efficacity sinusoïdal
The load cell VW3 and VW6 consists of a steel ring in which is
machined respectively 3 and 6 vibrating wire sensors distributed
uniformly and symmetrically. Any radial force applied to the ring is
transmitted by a variation of deformation of the load all vibrating Coils resistence : > 80 Ω
wire. The load cell is connected to the readout unit through a
connector and a cable. The load cell is located around the cable to
be inserted between the cable head and the bearing surface of the
