‘Manufacturer Page’ Support
Digital Resale Support Service
Take a look at any motor manufacturer’s website and its dealers’ websites. All are co-ordinated with the
same content, campaigns and have the same ‘look and feel’. The reason is to provide a website visitors
with confidence that they are viewing the website of an approved dealer of the manufacturer.
For a distributor selling industrial products, the same result can be achieved by having a ‘Manufacturer’s
Page’ set up for their key/strategic suppliers. All the necessary content to populate the page will be
provided by Sandvik Coromant (available in 20 languages).
The content (images and text), webpage schema and branding specifications make up the support. It is
the responsibility of the distributor to maintain/update the Manufacturer’s Page when informed that
updates are available (even though these will be infrequent).
Sandvik Coromant requires that its Manufacturer Page has to be given approval before publication takes
place.
