End Customer Trading
Digital Resale Support Service
End Customer Trading allows your customers to buy products from the Sandvik Coromant webshop on
your behalf. This is done by providing you with an administration role to add and manage end user buying
contacts directly within the Sandvik Coromat’s webshop.
Directed to the Sandvik Cormant webshop via a link on your website’s home page, your end users will be
able to sign in and purchase products. These will be drop shipped to the end user’s trading address.
The transaction triggers the same trading documentation as if the product had been purchased directly –
in particular your distributorship’s responsibility for invoice payment. The transaction should then trigger
your own order-to delivery transaction flow with the end user.
Along with passing log-in credentials to the end user, it is recommended to provide terms and conditions
connected to use of this Service – e.g. credit limits and buying prices.
