1. การบอกเกี่ยวกับวันในภาษาอังกฤษ จะใช “on” เสมอ ไมวาจะพูดถึงวันทั้งเจ็ด

ในสัปดาห หรือวันที่มีเดือนป กํากับอยูดวยก็ตาม เชน

My birthday is on Sunday.

We work on Monday.

I was born on the tenth of May.

She came here on the first of December.

2. การบอก ชื่อเดือน หรือป โดยไมมีวันนั้นเราจะใช “in” เสมอ เชน

I was born in June.

I was born in nineteen seventy – one.

3. คําวา “date” ในภาษาอังกฤษ หมายถึง การบอกวันที่เฉพาะเจาะจง คือ บอก
