            Bereavement Pay


            Team members may be absent up to three full regularly scheduled workdays
            (up to 24 hours) with pay in case of death in your immediate family. For
            purposes of Gray, this means your parents, spouse, children, sisters, brothers,
            father-in-law or mother-in-law. For grandparents, team members may
            be absent up to two full regularly scheduled workdays with pay.


            The leave must be taken during the period between the date of death and
            the day following burial. Please notify the Human Resources department
            if you are made aware of a death in a fellow team member’s family.



            Jury Duty


            Gray will pay a team member’s regular salary for the length of time that he
            or she is required to report for jury duty. A copy of the notice to appear for
            jury duty must be provided to the Human Resources department.
