5A. Video camera system
Note: All video camera systems should have a PM program to ensure its effectiveness.
• Implementing video camera systems at all open, transition, handling, and pack out locations helps with traceability of when, how, why, and where a foreign material entered the product.
• Not only can this assist with identifying root cause and corrective action, it can also contribute to containment for the short term.
