BUSINESS PROCESSES
The SNAP Quality Management System although not accredited covers all aspects of managing a business to comply with ISO 9000 standards and provides a uniformity of systems between all SNAP Centres.
• Only approved suppliers are used for raw material purchases
• Our estimating, job ticketing, CRM, dispatch and invoicing systems are all integrated and based on a sequential workflow process within the business.
• Daily WIP meetings manage the day to day activities and processes with the business
• Monthly management meetings manage the strategic business activities.
• Our team is highly cross skilled and we have an ongoing objective to train staff across operational disciplines.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
• To ensure that all materials used are correct and the products comply with the quality standards required by the specification, the applicable Australian and/or International Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation through detailed job ticketing and reporting that all the quality requirements are as specified.
• Ensure that all SNAP personnel concerned with the work processes understand the Quality Standards and commitment to the goals required to attain the quality of product for which SNAP Printing is known. This is managed daily through our Work In Progress meeting.
• Ensure that our customers’ expectations and needs are exceeded.
