MAJOR RISKS AND CONTINGENCY PLANS
SNAP Eastwood has adopted a progressive approach for business continuity that extends beyond more typical Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) methodologies. Our approach is aimed at enabling uninterrupted services and recognizes the deadline and time critical requirement for document production.
In the event of an unplanned interruption to business key staff members have been identified to take responsibility for key services and operations including Plant and Equipment, IT and Communications plus Customer Service. Each member would work with the Production Manager who will co-ordinate backup site staff and operations.
Key IT staff has 24hour/7day key access to all networks and servers.
All digital files are backed up daily on a removable hard disk and stored offsite.
