Training Comments
• Training is about recognising an identifiable measure of desired success then implementing and practising the personal skills required to achieve or exceed that measure.
• “Telling isn’t training.” Training is 57&(9.8.3, 80.118.
• Aim for a skills and awareness level that finally enables you to become ‘your own best coach’. Identify where you are weak or lazy and practise the key skills to lift your performance.
• If you don’t train, or you train poorly, the level of your professional skills falls and so does your sales volume and profitability.
• Train most frequently on the skills and techniques required in the areas that will most increase your success rate.
