Lance Burbank
....is the Managing General Agent at Universal Retirement located at 3127 Warm Springs Road, Suite 100 in Las Vegas, Ne- vada. Growing up on a farm in Preston, Idaho, Lance learned the value of family and the importance of work from an early age. His humble upbringings taught him the value of money where he watched his parents work so hard but continually struggle nancially like so many other people do. Knowing the stress this nancial hardship creates for families has driv- en Lance to help as many people as he can and share the in- formation he has learned about the importance of budgeting and saving, protecting your saved assets, and protecting your family from unexpected illness or loss. He has spent most of his adult life changing the way people think about money.
Starting with just a few agents over 10 years ago, Lance has grown Universal Retirement into a multi-state operation with agents span- ning from California to Massachusetts. He is passionate about properly training his representatives so that they do the right thing for their clients, helping families just the way Lance has done for years. Lance was pleased when his good friend James Bischo obtained his license and joined the agency.
James immigrated from the Philippines when he was just a baby, and was raised by a single mother who brought him to work with her to make ends meet. James understands the stress created by nancial hardship. His mother was a well-respected teacher in the Philippines before immigrating to the US where she worked as a waitress. While working numerous jobs, she educated herself and obtained a career working for the State of Washington with a stable salary and pension.
Under Lance’s guidance, James quickly became one of Universal Retirement’s top advisors. His passion about helping people shows through his personality and in the presentations he gives about turn- ing Paychecks into Play Checks. As part of Universal Retirement’s philosophy of helping people and giving back to the community, James and Lance give presentations to community groups and busi- nesses about the psychology of money and asset protection. ey are making a di erence in society’s relationship with money one client and one family at a time.
