Laura is a valuable Inpatient auditor on the Sutter project. Her
quality audits have been instrumental in the development of the
quality improvement process for Sutter coders. She contributes
additional support to the Sutter project by volunteering to fill-in
and review the external audits when Sutter is low staffed.
Additionally, Laura trains new team members on client systems
and facility processes. The client states, " Laura has done a good
job with grasping the process and responding to the external
audits".
